The special-shaped copper bar is mainly formed by continuous extrusion of copper ingots through horizontal extrusion machine and other equipment, and then drawing by drawing machine. According to different materials, it can be divided into red copper shaped copper bar, brass shaped copper bar, silver copper shaped copper bar and so on.
Copper special-shaped copper bar: the total impurity of T1 copper is not more than 0.05, T2 copper impurity is not more than 0.1, T3 copper impurity is not more than 0.3, T4 copper impurity is not more than 0.5. General copper busbar is commonly used T2, because its purity and mechanical properties are relatively moderate.
Brass special-shaped copper bar: brass is an alloy of copper and zinc, including H96, H90, H85, H80, etc. The following numbers represent the copper content, and the rest are zinc content, for example, H96 represents 96% copper content.
The silver content of the silver copper shaped copper bar is generally between 0.01-2%.
